ABOUT THE SERVICE WE PROVIDE
It is to support couples on the venue journey, it can be a difficult process finding the right VENUE, knowing what works best, ADVISING on the spaces required so the venue fits the purpose.
UK Asian Venues also ASSIST & SUPPORT your suppliers throughout the journey, this may include AUDITS & SITE VISITS, so you can select the suppliers you want to use.
In addition to this, we ARRANGE what we think you will need from the venue, moreover, advise on suppliers and offer alliance DISCOUNTS that can save you more money.
As a part of the journey, we provide a support line for any other advice regarding the venue, suppliers, and arrange additional site visits with representation for you and your suppliers.
The service doesn't stop there, we will also provide professional on the day
PRESENCE to further assist your suppliers and service providers.

expert presence on all subsequent visits.
There are no maximum number of visits,
however we allow on average for 4/5 venue appointments.

we handle this often difficult and time-consuming task.

on your cultural and event needs.

We negotiate the use of 3rd party suppliers at the venue
for example, your preferred caterer, DJ, etc.....
Many venues have restrictions on who you can book for
your event, we do the necessary work required by the venue.

We manage the venue planning journey assisting with event & supplier needs. We offer a call centre service and support
line to help with any questions and queries you may have
for your event, that is connected with your chosen venue.
